The Kansas State University men’s basketball team is currently coached by Bruce Weber The team has had moderate success in recent years making the NCAA tournament five times in the last ten years. The team has not made it past the second round in any of those appearances, however.

The Kansas State University men’s Basketball team is currently in its 125th season. The team has seen a lot of changes over the years, but one thing remains the same: the Wildcats are always ready to compete.
This year’s team is no different, as they boast a deep roster full of talented players. So, who are these guys? Let’s take a look at some of the key members of the team.
Barry Brown, Jr. – Senior guard, nicknamed “Bangs” by his teammates, Brown is one of the most dynamic players in the country. He is an exceptional defender and can score in a variety of ways. He is currently averaging 15 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists per game
Dean Wade – Senior forward, Wade missed most of last season with an injury but is back and healthy this year. He is a versatile player who can shoot from long range and put the ball on the floor. He is currently averaging 14 points and 6 rebounds per game
Xavier Sneed – Sophomore wing, Sneed has been a key contributor since he arrived on campus as a freshman last year. He is an excellent shooter with a high motor on both ends of the floor. He is currently averaging 11 points and 5 rebounds per game
Cartier Diarra – Freshman guard, Diarra was a highly touted recruit coming out of High School and has lived up to the hype so far. He is known for his explosive athleticism and ability to score in bunches. He is currently averaging 9 points and 3 assists per game off the bench.

KSU Basketball has a long and proud tradition. The team has been to the NCAA Tournament many times and has produced some Great players Here is a look at some of the team’s current players:
-Darius Bazley: A forward from Cincinnati, Ohio, Bazley is one of the team’s top scorers
-Makitu Ingram: A guard from Atlanta, Georgia, Ingram is one of the team’s best defenders.
-Xzavier Malone-Key: A guard from Brooklyn, New York, Malone-Key is one of the team’s best shooters.
KSU Basketball Coaches
KSU Basketball Coaches are not only responsible for the team’s success on the court, but also for teaching and developing their players. The Head Coach is the face of the program and often the most visible member of the team. They are responsible for making sure that their players are prepared mentally and physically for competition. assistant coaches typically have more specific roles, such as working with the big men or guards, or scouting opponents.

The KSU Basketball Program is currently being run by head coach Bruce Pearl Pearl is in his fourth season as the Wildcats Head Coach and has led the team to two NCAA tournament appearances. His staff consists of Assistant coaches Greg Marshall andaiti Alie-Cox, and Director of Operations Mikedecarlo.

Barry Brown Jr.: A 6-foot-3 guard from St. Louis, Missouri, Brown Jr. was a key member of the Kansas State team that made it to the Elite Eight in 2018. He was named the Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year that season and was a first-team All-Big 12 selection. Brown Jr. is known for his tenacious defense and his ability to draw charges. He’s also an excellent three-point shooter.
Xavier Sneed: A 6-foot-5 wing from Los Angeles California, Sneed is another player who helped Kansas State make a deep run in the 2018 NCAA tournament Sneed is a versatile player who can score from anywhere on the court. He’s an excellent rebounder and a solid defender. Sneed was named second-team All-Big 12 in 2018 and 2019.
Bruce Weber: The Head coach of the Kansas State men’s Basketball team Weber has been at the helm since 2012. Prior to coming to K-State, Weber coached at Southern Illinois and Illinois. He led the Illini to the National Championship game in 2005. Weber has taken Kansas State to two NCAA tournaments and one NIT during his time with the Wildcats.

The Kentucky State University men’s basketball team has released its roster for the upcoming season The team is made up of 15 players, all of whom are eligible to play in the 2020-2021 Season The team is led by head coach Matt Park, who is entering his fourth season with the team.
The roster includes five seniors, six juniors, two sophomores, and two freshmen. The seniors are Darius Quisenberry, Davion Rutherford, Djimon Henson, Tiemu Nkuikoui, and Trey Hill. The juniors are Cam’Ron Fletcher, Isaiah Cox, Kalin Bennett, Keion Brooks Jr., Nick Richards, and Olivier Sarr. The sophomores are Bryce Hopkins and Dajuan Gordon. The freshmen are Devin Askew and Davonte Gaines.
The team will look to improve on its 13-19 record from last season and make a return to the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2015.
