In his time at Xaverian, Coach Mandile led the team to four State Championships He also has experience coaching at the collegiate level, having served as an Assistant Coach at St. Anselm College and Northeastern University.

Coach James has been coaching baseball for over 20 years. He has coached at both the high school and collegiate levels, most recently serving as the head coach at UMass Boston Coach James led the team to its first everAppearance in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship Tournament in 2018. In addition to his experience as a Head Coach he has also served as an assistant coach at Hill College and Bentley University.
