Coach Kondos is entering his 23rd season as the Head Men’s basketball coach at Menomonee Falls High School He has amassed an overall record of 422-209 during his tenure, with 10 trips to the WIAA State tournament, including a State runner-up finish in 2010. Coach Kondos’ teams have won 7 conference championships and 3 Regional Championships He has been named Conference Coach of the Year 7 times and Regional Coach of the Year 3 times.

The Menomonee Falls varsity basketball team is off to an amazing start this season. The team is currently 6-1, with their lone loss coming against a very tough Germantown squad. However, the team has shown great resilience and bounced back with three straight wins. With conference play just around the corner, the team is looking to make a run at the conference title
The team is led by a group of talented seniors, who are looking to end their high school careers on a high note. They are joined by a strong group of underclassmen, who are making significant contributions on both ends of the court.

-Senior shooting guard Joe Smith is one of the team’s leading scorers and has been shooting the lights out from beyond the arc. He is a versatile player who can also create his own shot or take it to the basket.
-Senior point guard Matt Johnson is one of the team’s best playmakers and distributors. He does an excellent job of running the offense and setting up his teammates for easy scoring opportunities. Matt is also one of the team’s best defenders and often takes on the task of guarding the opposing team’s best player.
-Junior small forward Eric Davis is another one of the team’s top scorers and specializes in getting to the basket and finishing with power. He is also an excellent rebounder and often uses his athleticism to grab offensive boards and putback points.
-Junior center Jake Larson provides much-needed size and physicality in the post for Menomonee Falls. He does an excellent job of protecting the paint on defense and altering shots at the rim. On offense, Jake has developed into a nice scoring option in the post and has shown a nice touch around the basket.
