The Newberry Basketball Players

The Berry College men’s Basketball team is a NCAA Division II Basketball Program representing Newberry College in Newberry, South Carolina The program is a member of the South Atlantic Conference playing their home games at the Eleazer Arena on campus. The team last played in the NCAA Division II Tournament in 2019.

The team has had two head coaches in its history. The first was Francis Marion University Head Coach Joe Tereshinski, who led the team to a 21–8 record and an appearance in the 1971 NCAA Division II Tournament. The current head coach is Mike Miller who was hired on April 11, 2011. In his nine seasons with the team, Miller has led the Wolves to two NCAA Division II tournament appearances and three conference tournament appearances.
