ORU was led by freshman guard Kevin Obanor, who scored a game-high 22 points on 9-of-15 shooting, including 4-of-8 from three-point range Obanor also added eight rebounds and two steals in his debut performance. Senior guard Samajae Haynes-Jones chipped in 21 points on 7-of-16 shooting, while sophomore forward Emmanuel Nzekwesi had a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds.

This is a Big Win for ORU, as they have not defeated Tulsa since 2014. The Golden Eagles will look to build on this momentum as they take on Oklahoma State University next.
