11/12 – Sacramento State vs. UC Davis
11/19 – Sacramento State vs. Brigham Young University

Game results

The 2019-20 Sacramento State Basketball Schedule has been released. Here are the results of the team’s games so far this season.

Nov. 5: Sacramento State 71, UC Irvine 63
The Hornets started their season with a win on the road against UC Irvine. Senior guard Jordan Christopher led the way with 21 points, while junior guard Iziah James added 16 points off the bench.

Nov. 8: Sacramento State 78, Northern Arizona 77 (OT)
In their home opener the Hornets defeated Northern Arizona in overtime. Christopher again led the team in scoring with 19 points, and junior center Osi Nwachukwu had a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds.

Nov. 12: Sacramento State 68, Pepperdine 67
On the road against Pepperdine, Sacramento State got a big performance from freshman guard Markhawn Woods, who scored 19 points off the bench. Nwachukwu added 14 points and seven rebounds in the win.

Recruiting news

The Sacramento State men’s basketball team has started to receive some national attention for their recruiting class of 2020.

The class is currently ranked No. 37 in the nation by 247Sports and No. 41 by Rivals.

It is the highest-ranked Recruiting Class in school history and features four-star guard Bryce Martin as well as three-star center Joshua Morgan.

The Hornets are also scheduled to play a number of tough teams this season, including a road game against Gonzaga, as well as home games against UC Davis and Saint Mary’s.

Fan forum

The official Sacramento State men’s Basketball Schedule has not yet been released. However, a fan forum on the team’s website has compiled a list of expected games. The schedule is subject to change and will be updated as more information becomes available.

Fans can expect the team to play in the Big Sky conference tournament which is scheduled for March 5-9. The conference tournament is a single-elimination event, and the winner will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament
