The Seawolves were able to come out on top in the end, thanks in part to strong shooting from junior forward Bryan Sekunda, who finished with a team-high 18 points.

With the win, Stony Brook improves to 6-2 on the season and will next take on New Hampshire on Wednesday, December 6.

This most recent victory is even more impressive, coming against a Maryland team that was undefeated at home up until this point. Stony Brook was able to control the game from start to finish, thanks in large part to 21 points and 10 rebounds from senior forward Tyrell Sturdivant.
