The Boston Celtics traded Isaiah Thomas Jae Crowder Ante Zizic and the Brooklyn Nets’ 2018 first-Round Draft pick to the Cleveland Cavaliers for Kyrie Irving
The Minnesota Timberwolves traded Zach LaVine Kris Dunn and Lauri Markkanen to the Chicago Bulls for Jimmy Butler and the rights to 16th overall pick Justin Patton.
The Denver Nuggets traded Danilo Gallinari to the Los Angeles Clippers for Willie Reed and Jamil Wilson.

It’s that time of year again: predictions for the upcoming NBA season are starting to roll in. And, as usual, there are a few surprises.
First, let’s take a look at the predicted order of finish for the Eastern Conference The defending champion Toronto Raptors are predicted to finish first, followed by the Milwaukee Bucks and the Philadelphia 76ers. The Boston Celtics and the Indiana Pacers round out the top five.
In the West, the Los Angeles Lakers are predicted to finish first, followed by the Houston Rockets and the Denver Nuggets The Golden State Warriors and the Portland Trail Blazers round out the top five.
