In order to have a successful team, it takes more than just the players on the ice. There is a large support staff that works behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. This includes the Coaching Staff trainers, equipment managers, and even the team’s bus driver. Each and every one of these people plays an important role in the team’s success.
The coaching staff is responsible for developing the game plan and making sure the players are executing it properly. The trainers are responsible for keeping the players healthy and on the ice. The equipment managers make sure the players have all the necessary equipment and that it is in good working order. And finally, the bus driver gets the team to their games safely and on time.
Without all of these people working together, it would be very difficult for the team to be successful.
