The biggest change this season is that the Charlotte Hornets will be donning a classic “throwback” uniform inspired by the original Hornets franchise that played in the NBA from 1988-2002. The franchise was then known as the New Orleans Pelicans from 2002-2013 before reverting back to the Hornets name in 2013.
