Coach Rhoades’ assistant coaches are also important to the team’s success. Coach Rice is in his second season with VCU and has worked with Coach Rhoades for many years. He is responsible for overseeing the team’s recruiting efforts. Coach Droman is in his first season with VCU and brings a wealth of experience to the team, having served as an assistant coach at several universities, including Wake Forest University and the University of Arizona
