Coach Jeff Walz and the Louisville Cardinals are currently ranked No. 1 in the nation for the third time in program history.

The Cardinals are off to a 20-1 start, their best ever, and haven’t lost since Nov. 17 to top-ranked Baylor. They have won 15 straight games, the second-longest streak in the nation behind Connecticut’s 27-game run.

This season, the Cardinals have beaten five ranked opponents, including then-No. 3 Tennessee, then-No. 6 Ohio State then-No. 7 Kentucky and most recently, then-No. 8 Florida State

In addition to their on-court success, the Cardinals have also excelled in the classroom as they boast a perfect graduation rate over the past four years and a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher over the past five seasons.

The University of Louisville Women’s Basketball team offers several different types of camps for girls of all ages to participate in. The Daily Fundamental Camp is for girls in grades 4-8 and focuses on the Basic Skills of basketball. The individually-designed Shooting Camp is for girls in grades 9-12 and helps players develop their shooting skills. The 3-Day Skills Camp is for girls in grades 4-8 and focuses on developing the complete player. Finally, the Coaches Clinic is for High School and college coaches who want to learn more about the game of basketball
