Weber State Men’s Basketball: Coaching Staff
Weber State Head Coach Randy Rahe enters his 12th season at the helm of the Wildcats in 2018-19. Coach Rahe has guided Weber State to nine straight seasons of 20 or more wins, four Big Sky Conference regular season championships, three Big Sky tournament titles and four berths in the NCAA tournament
In 2017-18, Weber State posted a 23-9 overall record, won a share of the Big Sky regular season title with a 13-5 conference mark and finished second at the Big Sky tournament. The Wildcats earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament and faced Xavier in the First Four in Dayton, Ohio. It was their first appearance in the NCAA tourney since 2015 and marked just the fourth time overall that WSU has played in college basketball’s biggest event.
Prior to arriving at Weber State, Coach Rahe spent 17 seasons as a collegiate head coach including stops at Rocky Mountain College (Montana), Southern Utah University and BYU-Idaho. His teams have compiled a 348-219 (.614) overall record and he was named conference Coach of the Year five times.
