Introduction

baseball is a sport that is often considered America’s national pastime. The game has been around for over a century and has produced some of the most legendary athletes in sports history. Baseball is also a popular sport in many other countries, particularly in Japan and South Korea

While the game is enjoyed by fans all over the world, there is no doubt that it is most popular in the United States There are several professional leagues in the country, including Major League Baseball (MLB), Minor League Baseball (MiLB), and college baseball

The MLB is the highest level of professional baseball in the world and is made up of 30 teams, 29 of which are based in the United States and one in Canada. The league is divided into two parts, the American League (AL) and National League (NL), and each part is further divided into three divisions: East, Central, and West.

The MiLB is made up of several levels of Professional Baseball with each level having its own specific purpose. The MiLB serves as a developmental league for MLB players who are not quite ready for the big leagues as well as a place for older players to continue their careers.

College baseball is another important part of American Baseball culture. While not nearly as popular as football or basketball, college baseball still commands a large following among fans across the country.
