Clarkson Baseball Announces Schedule for 2019 Season

The Clarkson baseball team has announced their schedule for the 2019 season. See when they will be playing and come out to support the team!

2019 Baseball Schedule

The Clarkson University baseball team has announced its schedule for the 2019 season. The Golden Knights will play a total of 36 games, including 18 conference matchups.

Clarkson will open its season on Saturday, March 2nd with a doubleheader at Virginia Commonwealth University The Golden Knights will then have a home-and-home series against crosstown rival St. Lawrence University on March 9th and 10th.

Clarkson University

Clarkson University’s Golden Knights will begin their quest for a fifth consecutive Liberty League title when they open the 2019 season on Saturday, March 2, hosting Farmingdale State in non-league action.

The Knights will play their first eight games of the season at home, highlighted by a three-game series with in-state rivals St. John Fisher (March 15-16) and Utica College (March 29-30). Clarkson will also host Cortland in a key conference series early in the season (April 5-6).

After opening the year with 23 consecutive home games Clarkson will play its first road game of the season on April 13 at Vassar. The Knights will also have conference road series at Union (April 19-20), Rochester (May 3-4), Ithaca (May 10-11), and Bard (May 17-18).

Clarkson’s final regular season Home game will be against RIT on May 1, and the Knights will close out the regular season with a four-game road trip to Skidmore (May 8), Hartwick (May 9), and Albany Pharmacy (May 16). The Liberty League Tournament is scheduled for May 23-26 at a site to be determined.

New York

The Clarkson Baseball Team has announced its schedule for the 2019 season. The Golden Knights will play a total of 30 games, 15 of which will be against conference opponents.

Clarkson will open the season on February 22nd with a three-game series against Mercyhurst. The Golden Knights will then have a ten-game homestand, highlighted by a three-game set against conference opponent Potsdam. Clarkson will close out the Regular Season with a three-game series at Cortland.

The Golden Knights finished the 2018 season with an overall record of 24-14 and 16-8 in conference play

NCAA

The Clarkson University baseball team has announced their schedule for the 2019 season. The Golden Knights will play a total of 36 games, including 18 conference matchups.

Clarkson will open their season on the road with a four-game series against Ohio Wesleyan from March 1-3. The Knights will then travel to Virginia Beach Virginia to participate in the Old Dominion Classic from March 8-10. Clarkson will wrap up their non-Conference Schedule with a three-game set at home against Wesleyan (Conn.) from March 15-17.

The Knights begin conference play at home against St. Lawrence on March 22-24 and will also host Plattsburgh State (April 5-7), Potsdam (April 12), Middlebury (April 19-21), and Hamilton (May 3-5) during the regular season Clarkson will hit the road for conference matchups against Canton (March 29-31), Rensselaer (April 9), Cortland (April 26-28), and Colgate (May 10).

The Liberty League Tournament is scheduled for May 16-18, with the NCAA Regional Tournament beginning on May 31.

America East Conference

The Clarkson baseball team has announced its schedule for the 2019 season. The Golden Knights will compete in 32 games, 16 of which will be conference matchups. Clarkson is set to play four teams in the America East Conference this season. They are scheduled to play two games each against Vermont, Maine, UMass Lowell and Stony Brook The non-conference portion of their schedule includes home games against Colgate, Bryant, and Niagara.

Potsdam, NY

The Clarkson Baseball Team has announced their schedule for the 2019 season. The team will open their season on February 22nd with a three game series against St. John Fisher College

Division 1

The Clarkson Baseball team has announced their schedule for the 2019 season. The team will play a total of 56 games, 28 of which are division 1 games. The season will begin on February 15th and conclude on May 26th.

Baseball

The Clarkson baseball team has announced their schedule for the 2019 season. The team will begin their season on February 22, 2019, with a home game against the University of Alabama at Huntsville. The team will then travel to Auburn, AL, to take on the Auburn Tigers on February 23rd and 24th. The team will return home to play host to East Tennessee State on March 1st and 2nd. The team will then travel to Tennessee to take on Middle Tennessee State on March 8th and 9th before returning home to play host to Kennesaw State on March 15th and 16th.

College

The Clarkson baseball team has announced their schedule for the 2019 season. The team will open their season on February 22nd with a three-game series against Pfeiffer University. The home opener is scheduled for March 8th against conference rival Savannah College of Art and Design. The 28-game conference schedule will see the Golden Knights take on teams such as North Greenville Emmanuel, and Southern Wesleyan.

Clarkson will open up the season with a four-game home stand, beginning with a doubleheader against crosstown rival SUNY Potsdam on Saturday, March 2. The Golden Knights will also host Houghton on Tuesday, March 5 and Buffalo State on Wednesday, March 6 before hitting the road for their first NEC series of the year, at Wagner, from Friday-Sunday, March 8-10.
