All-Ohio baseball is a yearly event that celebrates the best of the best when it comes to high school baseball in the state of Ohio. This year’s event will be held on June 19th and 20th at beautiful Thurman Munson Stadium in Canton, Ohio. This year’s event will feature some of the top teams in the state, as well as some of the top individual players. If you are a fan of High School baseball, this is an event that you do not want to miss!

All-Ohio Baseball is a listing of the top high school baseball players in the state of Ohio.
The purpose of this guide is to provide information on the Top Players in the state so that college coaches and scouts can have a resource to find the best players in Ohio.

This guide will be updated annually and will include players from all high school levels, including Division I, II, and III.

Players are ranked based on their potential to play at the collegiate level. The rankings are compiled by a panel of baseball experts from around the state of Ohio.

The All-Ohio baseball team is made up of the top 20 players in the state, regardless of position.

To be eligible for consideration, a player must be a high school senior or have graduated from high school within the last two years.

The Toledo Mud Hens are currently in first place in their conference with a record of 37-21. They have won their last 10 games and are looking like they could make a run at the playoffs.

The Columbus Clippers are second in their conference with a record of 36-22. They have won 7 out of their last 10 games and are also looking like they could make a run at the playoffs.

The Dayton Dragons are third in their conference with a record of 34-24. They have won 6 out of their last 10 games and are hoping to make a push for the playoffs.

The Cleveland Indians are currently in fourth place in their conference with a record of 33-25. They have won 5 out of their last 10 games andare hoping to turn things around and make a push for the playoffs.

As the 2021 MLB Draft approaches, we take a look at the top high school prospects in Ohio.

Leading the way is shortstop Jordan Anderson of Cincinnati Moeller High School Anderson is a five-tool player who has committed to play college baseball at the University of Louisville

Another top prospect is pitcher Dylan Dalsey of Massillon Jackson high school Dalsey, who has a fastball that tops out at 97 mph, has committed to play at Kent State University

Rounding out the top three is infielder/outfielder Andre Troutman of Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy Troutman, who has committed to play at Wake Forest University, is a versatile player who projects as a corner outfielder at the next level.

Other top prospects include outfielder Zachary Delong of Newark Catholic High School pitcher Jack Meehan of Olentangy Liberty High School and catcher Devin Hannon of St. Edward high school

-The University of Cincinnati Bearcats are the defending American Athletic Conference champions and are ranked 7th in the nation. They have one of the most talented rosters in the country and are expected to make a deep run in the NCAA Tournament

-The Kent State Golden Flashes are coming off a historic season in which they won their first ever conference championship They are currently ranked 23rd in the nation and have their sights set on making a return to the NCAA tournament

-The Ohio State Buckeyes are always one of the top teams in the Big Ten conference and this year is no different. They are currently ranked 14th in the nation and have one of the most talented rosters in the country. They will be a force to be reckoned with come tournament time.

As the 2021 high school baseball season approaches, we take a look at the top programs in the state of Ohio. These are the teams that have consistently performed at a high level, year after year. 1. Cincinnati Moeller Crusaders

The Crusaders have been one of the most successful programs in Ohio over the past few years, winning back-to-back State Championships in 2017 and 2018. They’ve also been ranked as high as No. 2 in the nation by perfect game Moeller is always a force to be reckoned with on the diamond, and this season should be no different.

2. Wadsworth Grizzlies

The Grizzlies have been one of the most consistent programs in Northeast Ohio over the past few years. They’ve won at least 20 games in each of the last five seasons, including a 27-win campaign in 2017. Wadsworth is always a tough out, and they should be one of the best teams in Northeast Ohio again this season.

3. Toledo St. John’s Jesuit Titans

The Titans have been one of the best teams in Northwest Ohio over the past few years, winning at least 20 games in each of the last four seasons. They won a state championship back in 2015, and they’ve been ranked as high as No. 9 in the nation by MaxPreps. St. John’s is always a team to watch out for come tournament time, and they should be one of the best teams in Northwest Ohio again this season.

4.(Cleveland) St Ignatius Wildcats – coming off their first state championship appearance since 2014 where they lost to Massillon Jackson 3-2 SI will look to take that next step under 13th year Head Coach Craig ignazio who has turned St Ignatius into a perennial power house not just in Cleveland but in all of Northeast Ohio . Look for senior pitchers Josh Czech (Yale commit)and Nick Mroczek (Ohio State commit )to lead what could be one of Ignazios best pitching staffs he has ever had . While many Ohioans are familiar with the well-known programs such as the Reds and Indians, there are many other great baseball teams throughout the state that often go overlooked. In this article, we will be taking a look at some of Ohio’s hidden gems in the world of baseball.

The Columbus Clippers are a Triple-A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians and have been consistently putting out a winning team year after year. The team has won 9 division titles and 2 league championships since their inception in 1977. The Clippers play their home games at Huntington Park, which opened in 2009 and is considered one of the best minor league stadiums in the country.

The Dayton Dragons are a Single-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds and are the longest running minor league team in all of professional baseball having been in existence since 1999. The Dragons have won 4 division titles and 2 league championships in their 22 years of existence. The Dragons play their home games at Fifth Third Field, which opened in 2000 and is also considered one of the best Minor League stadiums in the country.

The Toledo Mud Hens are a Triple-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers and are one of the oldest professional baseball teams in existence, having been founded in 1896. The Mud Hens have won 10 division titles and 3 league championships in their long history. The Mud Hens play their home games at Fifth Third Field, which opened in 2002 and is also considered one of the best minorleague stadiums in America.

The Akron RubberDucks are a Double-A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians and were founded in 1989 as the Akron Aeros. The RubberDucks have won 5 division titles and 1 League Championship since their inception. The RubberDucks play their home games at Canal Park, which opened in 1997 and is considered one ofthe best minor league stadiums in America.

The All-Ohio Baseball Team is released annually and features the best High School baseball players in the state of Ohio. The team is compiled through a vote of the state’s coaches.

This year’s team is loaded with future stars, with 12 of the 20 players committed to Division I programs.Led by player of the year Matt Bartle (Worthington Kilbourne), the team also includes two pitchers who have already been drafted by Major League Baseball teams: second baseman Drew Mendoza (Lake Catholic) and right-hander Connor Curlis (Hilliard Davidson).
