What is the most challenging part of your job?

BALANCING WORK AND LIFE COMMITMENTS CAN BE CHALLENGING AT TIMES, BUT I’M FORTUNATE TO HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING AND SUPPORTIVE FAMILY AND TEAMMATES WHO HELP ME OUT WHEN NEEDED.

What are your goals for this season?

helping my team win as many games as possible and making it to the postseason are always my top priorities. But this season, i’m also focused on helping my players develop their careers after college by preparing them for professional opportunities in basketball or beyond.”
