Mark Krause is in his sixth season as the Head Coach of the Appleton East High School boys Basketball team He has led the team to a record of 140-51 over that time, including a trip to the State Tournament in 2016. Krause was named Coach of the Year by the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association in 2016 and 2018.
