Since joining the New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) in 2013, the Babson College men’s Basketball team has won nearly 60 percent of its conference games and made two appearances in the conference tournament Championship game
The Beavers are coming off one of their most successful seasons in recent memory, winning a school-record 21 games that included a stretch of 12 straight victories. Babson also reached the NEWMAC tournament title game for the second time in four years and earned its first NCAA Division III tournament berth since 2009.
Head coach Stephen Dunn, who is entering his sixth season at the helm, has guided Babson to victory in 62 of its last 105 games (.590) overall and 36 of 58 (.621) against conference foes. The Beavers have been especially tough at home during that stretch, going 39-7 (.848) inside Staake Gymnasium.
