2014-15 season record

The 2014-15 Ball State men’s basketball team finished the season with a record of 18-14 overall and 9-9 in MAC play. The Cardinals were picked to finish fifth in the MAC West Division in the preseason poll and ended up finishing in fourth place. Ball State was invited to the CollegeInsider.com Tournament (CIT) where they defeated IUPUI in the first round before falling to Old Dominion in the second round.

The 2011-12 Ball State men’s basketball team finished the season with a record of 20-13 overall and 10-8 in the Mid-American Conference. The team was coached by Billy Taylor and played their home games at Worthen Arena.

2010-11 season record

The 2010-11 Ball State Cardinals men’s Basketball team represented Ball State University during the 2010-11 NCAA Division I men’s basketball season The Cardinals, led by head coach Billy Taylor, played their home games at Worthen Arena and competed in the West Division of the Mid-American Conference. They finished the season 23–12, 11–7 in MAC play to finish in second place in the West Division. They defeated Toledo, Miami (OH), and Ohio to be crowned champions of the MAC Tournament. As a result, they received the conference’s automatic bid to the 2011 NCAA tournament where they defeated UCLA in the first round before losing to Florida State in the second round.

The 2009-10 Ball State men’s Basketball Team represents Ball State University in the 2009-10 NCAA Division I men’s college basketball season. Their Head Coach is Billy Taylor and they play their home games at Worthen Arena. They are a member of the Mid-American Conference.

The Cardinals finished the season with a record of 12–19 (6–10 in MAC play) to finish in a three way tie for eighth place in the MAC West Division. They failed to qualify for the 2010 MAC Men’s Basketball Tournament

2008-09 season record

The 2008-09 Ball State Cardinals men’s Basketball team represented Ball State University during the 2008-09 NCAA Division I men’s basketball season The Cardinals, led by sixth year Head coach Billy Taylor, played their Home Games at Worthen Arena and competed as a member of the West Division of the Mid-American Conference. They finished the season 11-21, 6-10 in MAC play to finish in fifth place in the West Division. They lost in the first round of the 2009 MAC Men’s Basketball Tournament to Kent State
