The Campbell Basketball team is adding some new talent to its roster this season. Joining the team are two highly-rated recruits: point guard Jordan Brown and shooting guard Kobe Bryant
Brown, a native of Los Angeles is a top-10 recruit in the nation. He’s a versatile player who can score, rebound, and dish out assists. He’s also a good defender.
Bryant, from Philadelphia, is one of the best shooters in the country. He’s a great outside shooter with unlimited range. He’ll add some much-needed firepower to the Campbell offense.
Both players have committed to play for Campbell next season. They join a talented group of returning players that includes forward Dwayne Johnson and center Greg Monroe. With the addition of Brown and Bryant, the Campbell roster is looking very strong for next season.

The Campbell men’s basketball team is coming off a successful season in which they won the Big South Conference regular season and tournament titles, and earned a spot in the NCAA tournament The team is looking to build on that success this year, and they will be relying on their returning players to help them do so.
Josh Hopkins, a 6’8″ forward, averaged 12.5 points and 6.2 rebounds per game last season. He was named the Big South Conference Player of the Year, and he was also named to the All-Tournament team after averaging 17 points and 7 rebounds in the conference tournament
Jaleel Roberts, a 7’1″ center, averaged 9.3 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 2 blocks per game last season. He was named to the All-Big South Conference Defensive team, and he will be counted on to anchor the Campbell defense again this season.
The Campbell Basketball team is scheduled to begin their season on November 10th against Queens University of Charlotte.
The Roster Changes
With the season underway, the Campbell Basketball Roster has undergone some changes. The most notable change is at the point guard position where former starter, John, has been replaced by freshman, Mike.

The Schedule
The Campbell men’s basketball team has finalized their schedule for the upcoming season The team will open up their campaign at home on November 10th against cross-town rivals the UNC Wilmington Seahawks. The Seahawks are coming off a strong season in which they won the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) regular season title and made it to the semifinals of the conference tournament
The following week, the Fighting Camels will travel to take on Big South foe Liberty. The Flames are coming off a solid season in which they finished second in the conference behind onlyraditional power High Point After that, Campbell will take on one of the best teams in all of college basketball when they travel to Chapel Hill to take on the North Carolina Tar Heels
The Tar Heels are coming off a season in which they won the National Championship and they are sure to be one of the favorites to win it all again this year. After that tough road test, Campbell will return home to take on Gardner-Webb and then Winthrop before heading back out on the road to take on Hampton.
The Gameplan
The Campbell men’s basketball team is gearing up for another great season. head coach Lance Corporal has put together a talented roster that is sure to compete for the conference title
The Campbells return a core group of players from last year’s team that made it all the way to the conference championship game. Senior point guard Jaxon Wilkinson will be leading the way once again. He is joined by fellow seniors Marcus Foster and Tanner Johnson. These three veterans will provide leadership and stability for a young but talented squad.
The Campbells have also added some new faces that will add depth and talent to the roster. Freshman guard Kyree Walker is one of the most highly touted recruits in recent years and he is expected to make an immediate impact. The team also welcomes transfer students Kobe Webster and Justin Minaya, who both have experience playing at a high level.

The new arrivals include junior college transfers Jahmir Young and Jordan Whitfield, as well as freshman guard Tyree Woodbury. Young and Whitfield will have two years of eligibility remaining, while Woodbury will have four.
