Player stats

The Drury Women’s Basketball team has announced their schedule for the upcoming season The schedule includes games against some of the top teams in the country, as well as conference opponents.

Head coach Jill Parkhurst returns for her second season at the helm of the Panthers. Parkhurst will be looking to build on the success of last season, when the team finished with a 21-9 record and made it to the NCAA Division II Tournament.

The team is led by senior guard Katie Anderson, who averaged 16 points per game last season. Other Key Players include junior forward Taylor Higginbotham, who averaged 11 points and seven rebounds per game and senior guard Shelby Harrison, who averaged nine points per game

The Panthers will open their season on November 8th at home against Lindenwood University

Drury women’s Basketball History

The Drury women’s basketball team is set to begin their season soon, and fans are eagerly awaiting to see how their favorite team will fare. The team has been working hard in the off-season to prepare for the upcoming challenges, and they are looking forward to a great season. Drury has a long history of success in women’s basketball, and they are hopeful that this year will be just as successful.

NCAA tournament history

The Drury Lady Panthers are a basketball team representing Drury University in Springfield, Missouri. The team currently competes in the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC). They are currently coached by Molly Miller

In the 1987 NCAA Division II tournament, the Lady Panthers reached the Elite Eight. In the 1995 NCAA Division II tournament, they reached the Final Four. They have made nine appearances in the NCAA Division II tournament overall.

Head Coach Kim Muhl

Drury head coach Kim Muhl has announced the schedule for the upcoming 2019-20 season The Lady Panthers will play a total of 30 games, including 18 at home inside the O’Reilly Family Event Center.

“We are really excited about this season’s schedule,” said Muhl. “We have a great mix of home and away games, and we are looking forward to another successful season

Drury will open up the regular season on October 25th with a road game against Truman State. The Lady Panthers will then have a three-game homestand, beginning with their home opener against Rockhurst on November 1st.

The Drury Women’s basketball team has announced their team captains for the upcoming season Seniors Katie Anderson and Kourtney White will serve as captains, while junior Allison Hildreth will be the team’s other captain.
