In all, Duquesne will play 20 of its 30 regular season games against teams which participated in last year’s postseason. The Dukes non-conference slate is highlighted by home games against Pittsburgh, West Virginia and Conference USA foe Marshall as well as a road game at Penn State

Pregame analysis

The Duquesne women’s basketball team is getting ready to take on their rivals, the University of Pittsburgh Panthers The Dukes are coming off of a tough loss to Saint Louis while the Panthers are coming off a win against Rhode Island Both teams will be looking to get back on track in this game.

Duquesne is led by sophomore guard Libby Bazelak, who is averaging 17.1 points per game Bazelak will need to continue her strong play if the Dukes want to win this game. The Panthers are led by senior guard Brenna Wise, who is averaging 16.7 points per game Wise is a very good player and she will be a tough matchup for the Dukes.

This should be a very exciting game and it will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Game previews

The Duquesne women’s basketball team will open its season on November 5th with a game against Toledo. The Dukes will then play host to Robert Morris on November 7th. The following week, Duquesne will travel to Pittsburgh to take on the Panthers on November 12th. The Dukes will wrap up their opening month of the season with a Home game against Youngstown State on November 26th.
