Wilkinson is averaging 15 points and 8 rebounds per game while Wagner is averaging 10 points and 10 rebounds per game. The team also has two talented juniors, shooting guard Jillian Rinehart and forward Macy McClendon, who are both averaging over 12 points per game With a mix of experience and youth, the Eastern York Girls basketball team has the talent to make a deep run in the playoffs this season.

Led by seniors Abby Goodling and Leah Russell, the team has high hopes for the year. Goodling, a four-year starter, is the Heart and Soul of the team. She is a fiery competitor who brings her best every night. Russell is a three-year starter who is one of the best shooters in the league. She has a knack for hitting Big Shots in clutch situations.
The team also features two talented juniors in guard Rachel Sultzaberger and forward Paige Hummel. Sultzaberger is an excellent shooter who can also handle the ball well. Hummel is a physical presence in the post who is tough to stop on offense.

Eastern York Girls basketball team is coached by Ty Sheppard. He has been coaching basketball for over 15 years. His experience includes coaching at the collegiate level, as well as, internationally. Sheppard was a professional player in Europe for several years before returning to the States to coach. He is originally from York, PA and played basketball for Eastern York High School
