Introduction
The Evansville Purple Aces men’s Basketball team represents the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana. The school’s team currently competes in the Missouri Valley Conference The team last played in the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament in 1999.
The Purple Aces have appeared in five NCAA Tournaments. Their combined record is 4–5. They were run out of the tournament by UCLA in the first round of their initial appearance, and have not won a game since defeating Florida State in 1988.
