The team’s only loss came at the hands of then-ranked number nine Baylor, 82-64.
In its last game, GCU routed New Mexico State 92-60. That victory helped the Lopes clinch the key conference win and remain undefeated in WAC play.
This is all despite playing the majority of its games on the road.

The Team

They have also been rebounding the ball well, ranking 29th in the nation with a +9.4 rebounding margin. On offense, they have been efficient, ranking 23rd in the nation with a 1.16 points per possession rate.
