After finishing the 2018 season with a winning record of 18-12, the team is looking to take things to the next level in 2019. head coach Markierce Westendorf is entering his third season at the helm and has brought in a talented group of freshmen to help lead the way. The team will be led by returning starters Austin Davis (catcher), Bryce Johnson (infielder), and Connor Gibson (outfielder). They will be joined by newcomers Nickolas Perkins (pitcher), Ryan Gerson (pitcher), and Jakob Bowerman (outfielder). With a mix of experience and talent, Lane Community College Baseball is poised for a successful 2019 season.

Lane Community college baseball is a program on the rise. The Titans have seen a dramatic turnaround in recent years going from a team that was winless in conference play just four years ago to a team that is now regularly competing for conference championships
Lane Community College has long been known for its strong softball program, but the Titans baseball team is quickly making a name for itself. Led by Head Coach Josh Blumental, the Titans have put together back-to-back winning seasons and are currently ranked No. 11 in the nation.
The Titans have a deep and talented roster, with several players who have the potential to play at the four-year level. pitchers Alex Tait and Jake Hawken are two of the team’s top prospects while infielder Kyle Moses is one of the best hitters in the conference.
The Titans are currently competing in the Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC), which is widely considered to be one of the toughest junior college conferences in the country. With its young and talented roster, Lane Community College looks poised to compete for conference championships on a regular basis in the years to come.

Lane Community College’s Baseball Team has had a rocky start to their season. Currently, they have a record of 1-5. They started their season with a 12-1 loss to Klamath Falls CC, followed by 3 more losses to Treasure Valley CC (4-8), Blue Mountain CC (0-3), and Mount Hood CC (2-8). Their lone win so far has been against Clark College, with a final score of 9-3. The team is currently on a 4 game losing streak
The team’s next game is against Clackamas Community College on March 3rd.

The Lane Community College baseball team has had many successful seasons, including winning the NWAC championship in 2014. The team has also been ranked nationally in several preseason polls.

Head coach Dave Mottola is entering his 13th season at the helm of the Lane baseball program He has led the team to nine conference championships and seven World Series appearances, including a runner-up finish in 2016. Under Mottola, the Titans have had 29 players drafted by MLB teams, including four in the first round.
Assistant coaches Sam Guevara and Donnie Hart round out the Lane Coaching Staff Guevara is entering his ninth season with the Titans, while Hart is beginning his first year with the team.

The Lane CC baseball team has won four conference championships and has had over 50 players drafted into Major League Baseball The Lane CC Baseball Team is coached by Doug Dascenzo and plays its home games at the newly-constructed John Sill Field.
