So what happened to the cast after the cameras stopped rolling? Here’s a look at what some of the Key Players are doing now:

Isaiah Gray: After leaving Last Chance U, Isaiah Gray had a stint with theInglewood Clippers of the ABA. He is now an Assistant Coach at his former High School Verbum Dei in Los Angeles

Jamal Adams: After leaving Last Chance U, Jamal Adams played for several minor league teams before finally making it to the NBA G League where he currently plays for the Texas Legends.

Terence Davis: Terence Davis was not drafted by an NBA team but he did make it onto an NBA Summer League roster. He played briefly for the Toronto Raptors before being waived. He is now playing professionally in Turkey.

Derrick Griffin: Derrick Griffin played briefly in the NBA G League but was never able to make an NBA roster He has since had several run-ins with the law and is currently serving a prison sentence.

It’s been a few years since the original Netflix release of Last Chance U. The popular documentary series followed the East Los Angeles College (ELAC) Huskies men’s Basketball team during their 2014-2015 season.

The show was an instant hit, and the cast of characters became household names. But what happened to them after the cameras stopped rolling?

In this second part of our series, we catch up with some of the key players from Last Chance U basketball to see where they are now.

Bobby Pratt: Pratt was one of the stars of the show, and was recruited by several Division 1 schools after his time at ELAC. He ultimately chose to play for Marquette University but his career was cut short by injuries. He is now back living in Los Angeles and working as a youth basketball coach

Andre Chevalier: Chevalier was another star player on the team, and he too received several Division 1 offers after his time at ELAC. He ultimately chose to play for Oregon State University but left the team after one season. He is now back living in Los Angeles and working as a personal trainer

Chris Solomon: Solomon was one of the most charismatic players on the team, and he earned a scholarship to play for Long Beach State University after his time at ELAC. He played two seasons for Long Beach before transferring to Stony Brook University, where he is currently finishing up his college career.

Most of the players from The Last Chance U basketball season went on to have successful college careers, with several of them even making it to the NBA. Here is a look at where they are now.

Isaiah Hill: After leaving East Los Angeles College, Hill had a successful college career at the University of Washington He is now playing professionally in Turkey.

Trevon Woods: Woods also had a successful college career, playing for both UNLV and the University of Arizona He is currently playing professionally in Israel.

Jimmy Tobias: Tobias played college basketball at Pepperdine University before going on to play professionally in Australia. He is now an assistant coach at Pepperdine.

Ryan Dorn: Dorn played college basketball at Cal State San Bernardino before going on to play professionally in Argentina. He is currently an assistant coach at CSU San Bernardino.

We’ve kept tabs on the basketball team from East Los Angeles College, a Community College known for its Athletic Rehabilitation Program. The show follows the Basketball team as they fight for a chance to move on to bigger and better things.

In this final installment, we check in on the team’s captain and star player Donovan Johnson. After leading his team to the State Championships and being named MVP, Donovan Johnson seemed destined for greatness. However, after a series of injuries and personal tragedy, Donovan’s career took a turn for the worse. We catch up with him now to see where he is and what he’s up to.

We also check in with coach John Weinreb, who was by Donovan’s side through thick and thin. Coach Weinreb has started a new chapter in his life, but he still keeps in touch with his former players.

Finally, we take a look at the future of East Los Angeles College’s Athletic Rehabilitation Program. With community colleges facing budget cuts left and right, programs like these are increasingly under threat. We talk to some of the people involved with the program to see what their plans are for the future.

Taeshon Cherry: Cherry was a forward for East Los Angeles College and was featured in The Last Chance U Basketball Series He signed with San Diego State University after leaving East Los Angeles College and played two seasons for San Diego State Cherry then transferred to Arizona State University and played one season for Arizona State before he was dismissed from the team due to disciplinary reasons. Cherry is now playing professional basketball in Turkey.

De’jon Davis: Davis was a forward for East Los Angeles College and was featured in The Last Chance U Basketball series. He signed with California State University Long Beach after leaving East Los Angeles College but left Long Beach after one semester due to disciplinary reasons. Davis then went back to East Los Angeles College and played one more season before he graduated. Davis is now playing professional basketball in Japan.

Cameron High was heavily featured in the show as he was one of the Top Players on the team. After leaving East Los Angeles College, he ended up playing for a couple of different schools before ultimately ending his basketball career He is now living in Southern California and working as a barber.

-Derric Franklin: After being kicked off the team, Franklin transferred to a Community College in Florida. He played one season there before being recruited by Florida State University. He played for two seasons with the Seminoles before going undrafted in the NBA draft He now plays professionally in Europe.

-Andre Brown: After being kicked off the team, Brown transferred to a Community College in Texas. He played one season there before being recruited by the University of Houston He played for two seasons with the Cougars before going undrafted in the NBA Draft He now plays professionally in Europe.

-Chris Chiozza: Chiozza was recruited by the University of Florida after his time at Last Chance U. He played four seasons with the Gators, winning a National Championship in his senior year. He was signed by the Houston Rockets after going undrafted in 2018 and now plays for their G League affiliate, the Rio Grande Valley Vipers.

--Devin Williams Williams transferred to West Florida State College after his time at Last Chance U. He played one season there before transferring to Auburn University He played two seasons with the Tigers before being drafted by the Milwaukee Bucks in 2019.

As always, we start with the Head Coach After the series ended, Coach John Wood was hired by Pepperdine University to be an assistant coach He is now in his second season with the team.

The star player of the show was guard Bobby Brown After the series ended, he transferrerd to Oregon State University. He played one season with the team before entering the NBA Draft He was drafted by the Houston Rockets in the second round of the 2018 NBA draft He was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans later that night and currently plays for them.

Forward Jordan Hunt also transferred to Oregon State University after the show ended. He played one season with the team before graduating.

Center Terrell Carter II also transferred after the show, but he went to University of San Diego He played one season with the team before graduating.

Trayvon Reed transferred to Texas Southern University after leaving East Los Angeles College. He played two seasons with them before declaring for the NBA draft He went undrafted but was signed by the Pelicans to a two-way contract (he would split time between the Pelicans and their G-League affiliate). He was waived by the Pelicans after one season and is now playing in Greece.
