Manek is one of the top prospects in the upcoming NBA draft He’s a 6’10” forward from France who plays for the NCAA Division I school, Lonzo Ball Manek is a very talented player with a lot of potential. He’s an excellent shooter, a good rebounder, and a good defender. He’s expected to be a lottery pick in the draft.

The Mock Drafts

With the college Basketball season now over, it’s time to take a look at the top prospects for the upcoming NBA Draft The order of the draft is still to be determined, but that doesn’t stop mock drafts from trying to predict who will go where. Here’s a look at some of the notable mock drafts and where they have the top prospects going.

The Big Board

As the march to the 2020 NBA Draft begins in earnest, we updated our Big Board of the top 100 prospects in the class.

There are a few changes at the top, as Lamelo Ball and Anthony Edwards solidified their spots as the top two prospects in the class. Ball moved up to No. 1 thanks to his strong play in Australia and his terrific vision and feel for the game. Edwards, meanwhile, is an elite athlete with tantalizing scoring upside.

Cole Anthony rounds out the top three. The UNC point guard has struggled with injuries and inconsistency this season, but he’s still one of the best pure scorers in the class.

R.J. Hampton falls just outside the top five, as he’s been up-and-down in his first professional season in Australia. He’s an elite athlete with a ton of upside, but he needs to improve his jump shot and decision-making.

Isaac Okoro checks in at No. 7 on our list. The Auburn wing is one of the best defenders in the class, and he’s shown some improvement as a shooter this season. He’s not a great offensive player at this point, but he has all the tools to be a very good two-way player in the NBA.

Onyeka Okongwu is next on our list. The USC big man is an excellent rim protector with a developing offensive game. He doesn’t have much experience playing against high-level competition but he has all the tools to be a very good player at the next level.

Killian Hayes rounds out our top 10 prospects. The French point guard is an excellent playmaker with a knack for getting his teammates involved offensively. He needs to improve his Jump Shot but he has all the tools to be a very good point guard in the NBA

The Lottery

The NBA draft lottery is an annual event held by the National Basketball Association (NBA), in which the teams who did not make the playoffs the previous year participate in a lottery process to determine the draft order in the NBA draft

The Sleepers

The 2020 NBA Draft is a loaded class, and even though it may not have the superstar potential at the top that some past drafts have had, there is still plenty of star power to go around. With that being said, every draft has its share of sleepers, and this class is no different. Here are a few prospects who may not be getting the hype of some of the other top prospects but who have the potential to be impact players in the NBA.

1. Tyrese Haliburton G, Iowa State
There may not be a prospect in this class with a higher basketball IQ than Haliburton. He’s an excellent playmaker and shooter, and he has a good feel for the game. He’s not the most athletic player, but he makes up for it with his smarts and ability to play both ends of the floor. He could be a very solid player in the league for many years.

2. Killian Tillie, F/C, Gonzaga
Tillie is an excellent shooter and a very good athlete for his size. He’s also a very good rebounder and shot blocker. He may not be big enough to play center full-time in the NBA, but he has the potential to be a very good stretch 4 who can provide some valuable minutes off the bench.

3. Isaiah Joe, G/F, Arkansas
Joe is one of the best shooters in this class. He’s an excellent catch-and-shoot player with unlimited range on his jump shot He’s also a very good athlete and has shown the ability to put the ball on the floor and get to the basket. He’s still raw offensively, but he has a lot of potential on that end of the floor

The Risers

These are the prospects who have seen their stock skyrocket heading into the 2020 NBA Draft

Draft experts and scouts have raved about these prospects, and they are now considered to be some of the best players in the draft. They will likely be drafted in the lottery, and some could even go in the top 10.

The Fallers

There are always a few prospects who fall on draft night, and this year was no different. Here are three players who saw their stock drop on Thursday night

1. RJ Barrett, SG, Duke
Barrett was widely expected to go No. 1 overall to the New Orleans Pelicans but the Pelicans shocked the world by taking Zion Williamson instead. Barrett ended up going No. 3 to the Knicks, but he will have a lot to prove now that he’s not the top pick in the draft.

2. Bol Bol C, Oregon
Bol was another player who was projected to go in the top five, but he slid all the way down to No. 44, where he was finally selected by the Denver Nuggets Bol has a lot of potential, but his injury history is a major concern for NBA teams

3. Cameron Reddish, SF, Duke
Reddish was also projected to be a top-five pick, but he fell all the way down to No. 10, where he was drafted by the Atlanta Hawks Like Barrett and Bol, Reddish will have something to prove now that he’s fallen further than expected on draft night.

The Wildcards

There are always a few players in the NBA Draft who are considered “wildcards.” These are players whose talent level is high but who come with some baggage that could hold them back. Here are a few of the top wildcard prospects in this year’s draft.

1. Zach LaVine LaVine is an incredible athlete with a ton of upside. However, he’s very raw and may not be ready to contribute right away.

2. Dante Exum: Exum is another player with a ton of upside. He’s an excellent playmaker and has the potential to be a great point guard However, he’s still relatively unknown and may not be ready to step into the NBA immediately.

3. Noah Vonleh: Vonleh is a big man with a lot of potential. He’s a good rebounder and has the ability to score inside and out. However, he’s still figuring things out and may take some time to develop.
