In Game 6, it was Curry who came up big when it mattered most, scoring 36 points on 11-of-20 shooting from the field. Green also had a strong game with a triple-double of 16 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists. James put up another excellent stat line with 29 points, 11 rebounds, and 14 assists but it wasn’t enough as his Cavs team fell short once again.

This is Golden State’s second championship in three years and they show no signs of slowing down anytime soon. With a young core of Curry (29 years old), Green (27 years old), Klay Thompson (27 years old), and Kevin Durant (28 years old), this team is poised to dominate the NBA for years to come. For Cleveland and Lebron James this loss will hurt but there is no shame in losing to such a historic team. The Future

The 2020 NBA Finals concluded on October 11, with the Los Angeles Lakers defeating the Miami Heat in Game 6. The victory gave the Lakers their record-tying 17th NBA Championship and their first title since 2010. The Lakers’s Lebron James was named the NBA Finals MVP for the fourth time in his career.

With the win, the Lakers also avenged their loss to the Heat in last year’s finals. This year’s finals were a rematch of sorts, as both teams had met in the championship round three times previously, with each team winning twice.

Steph Curryto make Big Shots when needed..he only had 19 points but his 3 with under 4 minutes left essentially ended any hopes of a Cavalier comeback as he put his team up 103-97..his presence on court also opened things up for teammates as he consistently draws double teams… allowing guys like Klay Thompson(21 points) and Andre Iguodala(22 points) wide open looks which they usually capitalize on.. without Curry’s heroics ,LeBron James’ triple double (32-10-11) might have been enough as he was really dominant at times but didn’t get much help from outside Kevin Love(17 points) and Kyrie Irving(16 points).. JR Smith continued his postseason disappearing act with 0 points on 0-8 shooting while Tristan Thompson was a non factor offensively with just two points despite playing 31 minutes…David Blatt also made some questionable coaching decisions down stretch including leaving Love in late despite him fouling out and not putting in superstar Irving earlier in 4th when Cavs were making their comeback push….But in end ,it wasn’t enough as Warriorstook care of business at home and are your 2015 NBA Champions!!
