NBA Free Agents Who Have Signed With New Teams

Here are the list of NBA free agents who have signed with new teams this offseason.

Kyrie Irving- Brooklyn Nets

Kyrie Irving has officially signed with the Brooklyn Nets joining forces with fellow All-Star Kevin Durant After six seasons with the Cleveland Cavaliers including an NBA Championship in 2016, Irving will now look to lead the Nets to their first NBA Finals appearance since 2002.

Al Horford- Philadelphia 76ers

Al Horford, who was drafted by the Atlanta Hawks in 2007, has played his entire career with the team up until now. He is a five-time All-Star and was named to the All-NBA Third Team in 2016. He has averaged 14.3 points per game and 8.9 rebounds per game throughout his career. Horford signed a four-year deal with the Philadelphia 76ers worth $109 million.

Tobias Harris- Philadelphia 76ers

Tobias Harris has agreed to a five-year, $180 million deal with the Philadelphia 76ers, according to his agent. The Sixers will have a team option in the fifth year of the deal.

Harris, 26, was acquired by the Sixers at the trade deadline last season in a deal that sent Robert Covington and Dario Saric to the Minnesota Timberwolves He averaged 18.2 points and 7.9 rebounds in 27 games with Philadelphia.

The Sixers were looking to add another scoring option alongside All-Stars Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons and they have done just that with Harris. He provides them with an excellent scoring option who can play both forward positions.

Jimmy Butler- Miami Heat

Jimmy Butler has agreed to a four-year, $142 million deal with the Miami Heat according to his agent Avery Johnson.

Butler’s deal includes a player option for the fourth year, league sources told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski

The 29-year-oldforward met with Heat president Pat Riley and coach Erik Spoelstra on Sunday in Miami, and Butler left impressed with the team’s presentation and commitment to win now and in the future, sources said.

Kemba Walker- Boston Celtics

One of the biggest names in this year’s free-agent class Kemba Walker has agreed to sign with the Boston Celtics The deal is for four years and $141 million, with a player option on the fourth year.

Walker, 29, is an eight-year nba veteran and spent his first seven seasons with the Charlotte Hornets He is a three-time NBA All-Star and was named to the All-NBA Third Team in 2019. He averaged a career-high 25.6 points per game last season to go along with 5.9 assists and 4.4 rebounds.

The Celtics have been busy this offseason, as they have also agreed to deals with free agents Enes Kanter and Vincent Poirier. They have also re-signed star guard Marcus Smart to a four-year, $52 million deal.

Khris Middleton- Milwaukee Bucks

Khris Middleton has agreed to a five-year, $178 million deal to stay with the Milwaukee Bucks agent Greg Lawrence tells ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Middleton had been courted by a number of teams, including the Houston Rockets but ultimately decided to stay put with the Bucks, who reached the Eastern Conference finals last season.

The 27-year-old forward averaged 18.3 points and 6.0 rebounds per game last season for Milwaukee.

Malcolm Brogdon- Indiana Pacers

The Indiana Pacers have signed guard Malcolm Brogdon to a four-year, $85 million deal, according to his agent, Drew Gooden of Way Good Sports.

Brogdon, who was the Most Improved Player and a member of the All-NBA Third Team last season, had been rumored to be on the move after the Milwaukee Bucks declined to match the Indiana offer sheet.

The 26-year-old will join a Pacers team that made the playoffs last season and will look to build on that success in 2019-20. He averaged 15.6 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game for the Bucks last season.

Julius Randle- New York Knicks

Julius Randle who was one of the most sought-after free agents this offseason, has signed a three-year, $63 million contract with the New York Knicks

The Knicks have been aggressive in Free agency signing several big names including Randle, Bobby Portis, Taj Gibson, Elfrid Payton, and Wayne Ellington.

With Randle in the fold, the Knicks now have a young core of players that they can build around for the future. Randle is coming off a career year with the Pelicans, averaging 21.4 points and 8.7 rebounds per game.

Brook Lopez- Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks have signed Brook Lopez to a one-year, $3.4 million deal, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Lopez, 31, spent last season with the Los Angeles Lakers, averaging 13.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.7 blocks in 29.3 minutes per game. He shot 46.5 percent from the field and 39.5 percent from 3-point range, making a career-high 186 3s.

Bojan Bogdanovic- Utah Jazz

Bojan Bogdanovic has agreed to a four-year, $73 million deal with the Utah Jazz agent Jeff Schwartz of Excel Sports tells ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

The franchise’s leading scorer last season at 18 points per game Bogdanovic gives the Jazz another veteran scoring threat to pair with Donovan Mitchell in the backcourt.
