Webb was promoted to the Tampa Yankees in 2014 and spent the majority of the season there, posting a 3.59 ERA in 50 games. He also made one appearance with the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders earning a victory after pitching two scoreless innings of relief.

The left-hander continued to rise through the Yankees’ system in 2015, spending time with both Tampa and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. In total, he appeared in 54 games (one start) and pitched to a combined 2.48 ERA between the two clubs.

Webb began the 2016 season with Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and was called up to the Yankees for the first time on May 9. He made his Major League debut that night, pitching one inning of relief against the Baltimore Orioles Webb would go on to appear in 25 games for the Yankees over the course of the season, posting a 3.59 ERA.

He began 2017 back with Scranton/Wilkes-Barre but was once again called up to New York at some point during the season. In all, Webb pitched in 30 games for the Yankees, finishing with a 4.50 ERA.

Webb spent most of 2018 back in Triple-A, but did make seven appearances for New York during two different stints with the team throughoutthe course ofthe year. He pitched to a 5.91 ERA in his seven outings before becoming a free agent at the end ofthe season
