Each year, some of the best players in the NBA are not selected in the NBA draft While it’s certainly an honor to be drafted into the NBA, there have been many players who have gone on to have Hall of Fame careers after going undrafted. Here are five of the most famous players who were not selected in the draft.

1. John Stockton

John Stockton is widely considered one of the best point guards of all time. He played his entire 19-year career with the Utah Jazz and is the NBA’s all-time leader in assists and steals. He was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2009.

2. Reggie Miller

Reggie Miller was one of the best shooters in NBA history He spent his entire 18-year career with the Indiana Pacers and is the NBA’s all-time leader in three-point field goals made. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2012.

3. Clyde Drexler

Clyde Drexler was a 10-time All-Star who won an NBA Championship with the Houston Rockets in 1995. He also represented Team USA at the 1992 Olympic Games winning a gold medal He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2004.

Karl Malone is one of only two players in NBA history to average over 20 points per game for his entire career (the other is Kareem Abdul Jabbar).
