The William Penn Basketball Coaching Staff is comprised of four men who have been instrumental in the program’s success over the years. Head Coach John Calipari Assistant Coach Steve Lavin, and director of operations Mike Krzyzewski have all been with the program since its inception in 1996. Krzyzewski was also the head coach of the men’s team at Duke University for five years before joining William Penn.

Calipari has coached at the collegiate level for over 30 years, and his experience includes stops at Memphis, Kentucky, and Massachusetts.
