The 2019-20 NCAA Division I men’s Basketball season began on November 5, 2019. The first tournaments of the season began on November 22, 2019. The regular season will end on March 15, 2020, followed by the 2020 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament

The 2019-20 college basketball season is entering the final stretch and
there are a number of teams still in the hunt for a conference championship and a spot in the NCAA tournament In the MIAA, there is a three-way tie for first place with Washburn, Missouri Southern, and Newman all having identical 12-4 conference records. Pittsburg State is just a game back at 11-5, followed by Central Oklahoma (10-6), Lincoln (9-7), Northeastern State (8-8), Fort Hays State (7-9), Northwest Missouri State (6-10), and Truman State (5-11).
