Senior guard David Brazle is the team’s leading scorer, averaging 21 points per game He’s been especially hot lately, scoring 30 or more points in four of his last five games.

Senior forward Tyler Dancy is a versatile player who can score inside or outside. He’s averaging 17 points and eight rebounds per game

Junior guard Malik Yarbrough is one of the best all-around players in the area. He’s averaging 15 points, seven rebounds, and six assists per game

Althoff Basketball: The Coaches

Althoff basketball is led by Head Coach Greg Leib, who has been with the team since 2008. In that time, Leib has compiled a record of 123-44, leading the Crusaders to five State Tournament appearances. He was named Coach of the Year in 2012 and 2013 by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Assistant coach Eric Welter has been with Althoff since 2009. He played college basketball at Lewis & Clark Community College and Fontbonne University.

The team’s other Assistant Coach is Adam Hosp, who joined the staff in 2014. Hosp played college basketball at Bradley University from 2004 to 2008.
