Assistant coach Matt Richards brings a wealth of experience to the team, having played Professional Basketball in England for six years. He also served as an Assistant Coach at his alma mater, Division I Central Connecticut State University before coming to Castleton.
David Cournoyer comes to Castleton after spending four years as an assistant coach at Division II Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire. He was also a stand-out player at Division III Salem State University in Massachusetts, where he was named captain as a senior.
