Billy Donovan- University of Florida

Donovan led the Gators to back-to-back National Championships in 2006 and 2007. His 669 wins are the most in Florida history, and he has taken the team to the NCAA tournament 17 times in his 21 seasons.

Mike White- University of Florida

Mike White is in his fourth season as the head men’s basketball coach at the University of Florida In that time, he has led the team to two NCAA Tournament appearances and one SEC regular season championship. Prior to coaching at Florida, White was the Head Coach at Louisiana Tech University for two seasons. He has also served as an Assistant Coach at University of Mississippi, Jacksonville State University and Clemson University

Leonard Hamilton- Florida State University

Leonard Hamilton is the current head coach of the Florida State University men’s basketball team He has been with the Seminoles since 2002 and has led them to three NCAA tournament appearances, one Sweet Sixteen and one Elite Eight. John Calipari- University of Kentucky

Born in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, John Calipari is the current Head Coach of the University of Kentucky men’s Basketball team He was hired in 2009 after serving as the Head coach at the University of Memphis for eight seasons. During his time at Memphis, he led the Tigers to a 186-14 record and was named Conference USA Coach of the Year three times. In his first season at Kentucky, he led the Wildcats to a 35-3 record and an NCAA championship He has also coached at the University of Massachusetts and Pittsburgh

Rick Pitino- University of Louisville

Rick Pitino is one of the most successful coaches in college basketball history. He has led his teams to winning records in 24 of his 29 seasons, including 20 seasons with 20 or more wins. His teams have won 10 conference championships and made 15 NCAA tournament appearances, including five Final Fours. He was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2013.

Pitino began his coaching career at Boston University in 1978, where he led the Terriers to a 21-5 record in his only season. He then moved on to Providence College where he coached for two seasons (1985-87), leading the Friars to back-to-back NCAA tournament appearances. In 1987, he took over as head coach at the University of Kentucky where he would spend the next eight seasons. Under Pitino, Kentucky won the National Championship in 1996 and made four Final Four appearances.

In 2001, Pitino became head coach of the Boston Celtics but he left after just two seasons to return to college coaching at Louisville. In his 15 seasons at Louisville, Pitino has led the Cardinals to four Final Fours and a National Championship in 2013. He has also been named Conference Coach of the Year five times (2001, 2008, 2009, 2012, 2014).

Tom Izzo- Michigan State University

Tom Izzo is the head coach of the Michigan State University men’s basketball team He has been the head coach at MSU since 1995. Izzo has led the Spartans to six Final Fours, including one national title in 2000. He has also won seven Big Ten regular season titles and five Big Ten tournament titles. Izzo is one of the winningest coaches in NCAA history, with a career record of 729-242.

Bill Self- University of Kansas

Bill Self is the head men’s basketball coach at the University of Kansas He has been the Jayhawks’ head coach since 2003, leading them to fourteen consecutive conference championships, two Final Fours, and a National Championship in 2008. A five-time national coach of the year, Self is one of the most successful coaches in college basketball history.

John Beilein- University of Michigan

John Beilein is the current Head Coach of University of Michigan’s men’s Basketball team He has been the head coach at UofM since 2007. He led the Wolverines to the National Championship game in 2013, where they lost to Louisville. In 2018, he took the team to the Sweet Sixteen

Wright is a two-time Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame inductee, having been inducted in 2010 as a member of the “Naismith Starting Five”, and again in 2020 as an individual. He was also inducted into the College Basketball Hall of Fame in 2019.
