However, Justin suffered a serious Knee Injury during his senior year that ended his season prematurely and caused him to drop out of the draft rankings. He graduated from St. John’s in May of 2010 with a degree in sociology.

Justin went undrafted in the 2010 NBA Draft but was later signed by the Miami Heat to their Summer League roster. He spent most of the 2010-2011 season playing for Miami’s Development League affiliate, the Sioux Falls Skyforce, but did appear in four games for the Heat during the regular season The following season, Justin was signed by the New Jersey Nets but was again mostly relegated to playing time with their D-League team the Maine Red Claws. He appeared in one regular season game for the Nets during the 2012-2013 season before being released in January of 2013.

Since then, Justin has continued to play professionally overseas in countries like Lebanon, Portugal, Romania, and Russia
