Mason Lund is a 6’5”, 190-pound shooting guard from Los Alamitos, California. He is currently ranked as the #37 player in the Class of 2019 by ESPN.com. Lund has received scholarship offers from several Division I schools, including UCLA, USC, and Stanford.
Lund began his High School career at Los Alamitos high school where he was a three-year starter on the varsity basketball team As a junior, he averaged 17.5 points per game and led the Griffins to the Cif Southern Section Division I-AA semifinals. He was named First Team All-Cif Southern Section and First Team All-Orange County
Lund transferred to Mater Dei high school for his senior year. He helped lead the Monarchs to a record of 28-3 and the CIF Southern Section Division I-A Championship game Lund averaged 15.0 points per game and shot 41% from three-point range He was named Second Team All-CIF Southern Section and honorable mention All-State.

By the time he was a junior, he was one of the top prospects in the state of Utah.
