She came to Monmouth after spending three years as an assistant coach at Lafayette College, where she helped lead the Leopards to their first Conference Championship in 18 years and an appearance in the NCAA Tournament A former player herself, Hanks was a four-year starter at Bucknell University where she captained the team her senior year. Originally from California, Hanks is excited to be back on the East Coast coaching Field Hockey at such a prestigious university.
