The Montana Basketball Schedule is Here!

The University of Montana men’s and women’s basketball teams released their schedules for the 2017-2018 season on Wednesday.

The men’s team, who finished last season with a record of 17-13 overall and 11-7 in conference play will open their season at home against Rocky Mountain College on November 10th. They will then hit the road for games against Idaho State (November 14th) and Weber State (November 17th) before returning home to Missoula to take on North Dakota on November 21st.

The women’s team, who went 15-15 overall and 10-8 in conference play last season, will also open their season at home against Rocky Mountain College on November 10th. Their next three games are also at home, against Idaho State (November 14th), Weber State (November 17th), and North Dakota (November 21st).

Both teams will wrap up their non-conference schedules in December, with the men’s team playing road games at Eastern Washington (December 2nd), Gonzaga (December 5th), and Washington State (December 9th), and the women’s team playing host to Gonzaga (December 5th) and Washington State (December 9th) at home.

Conference play for both teams will begin in January, with the men’s team hosting Portland State on January 3rd and Sacramento State on January 6th. The women’s team will open conference play on the road at Portland State on January 3rd and Sacramento State on January 6th.

The Montana Basketball Schedule is Here!

The 2016-2017 Montana basketball schedule was recently released, and we here at Grizly Athletics are so excited! Here are some highlights:

-The Griz will open the season at home against Weber State on November 11th. This will be the first time these two teams have played each other since 2012.
-Montana will host rival Idaho on December 3rd. This will be the Griz’s first game against Idaho since 2013.
-Montana will travel to Bozeman to take on Montana State on December 10th. This will be the first time these two teams have played each other since 2014.

The Montana Basketball Schedule is Here! The University of Montana men’s basketball team will play an 18-game Conference Schedule in addition to four non-conference games, the school announced on Tuesday. Head Coach Travis DeCuire will enter his sixth season at the helm of the program.

The schedule for the Montana Basketball team has finally been released and we could not be more excited! The team will be playing a total of 30 games this season, with 15 of those being at home in Missoula.

Some of the key games that fans will want to mark down on their calendars include the team’s season opener against North Dakota State on October 27th, as well as games against in-state rivals Montana State on December 8th and 14th.

Of course, one of the most anticipated games of the season will be when the University of Montana takes on Gonzaga University on December 18th. This will be a tough matchup for the Griz, but with such a strong and passionate fan base, there is no doubt that they will be cheering loud and proud for their team!

The men’s and women’s Basketball teams finally released their 2018-2019 schedules on Wednesday, giving Griz fans a first look at how the newly configured Big Sky Conference will look this season. The two teams will play a total of 30 conference games, with the men playing 16 and the women 14.

The University of Montana men’s basketball team has announced its schedule for the upcoming season The Grizzlies will play 32 games, including 16 at home in Missoula.

Conference play will begin on December 28th, when the Griz take on Weber State in Ogden. The team will then return home to Missoula to face Idaho State on New Year’s Eve.

The Griz will play their first eight conference games at home, before hitting the road for four straight games. They will close out the regular season with four of their last five games at home.

The Big Sky conference tournament will be held March 13-16 in Reno, Nevada.
