The NBA has announced the three judges who will decide the winner of the Slam Dunk Contest at All-Star Weekend

--Dikembe Mutombo He is a former NBA player who was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2015. He is also a two-time Defensive Player of the Year Award winner (1995 and 1997).
--Spud Webb He is a former NBA player who won the Slam Dunk Contest in 1986. He is also 5 feet 7 inches tall, making him one of the shortest players in NBA history to win the contest.
--Dominique Wilkins He is a former NBA player who was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2006. He won the Slam Dunk Contest in 1985 and 1990.
