It’s that time of year again. The time when we separate the best from the rest. The time for our annual NBA Tier List.

The National Basketball Association (NBA) is widely considered to be the premier Professional Basketball league in the world. It consists of 30 teams, 29 in the United States and 1 in Canada. Each team plays an 82-game regular season schedule, which starts in October and ends in April.

The NBA was founded on June 6, 1946, as the Basketball Association of America (BAA). The BAA was formed by owners of the major Ice Hockey arenas in the Northeastern and Midwestern United States and Canada. On August 3, 1949, the BAA agreed to merge with the National Basketball League (NBL), which was founded in 1937. The new league was renamed the National Basketball Association

The first game in NBA history was played on November 1, 1946, between the New York Knicks and the Toronto Huskies at Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto. The Knicks won by a score of 68-66. Since then, many Great players have played in the NBA and helped to make it the global phenomenon that it is today. In this article, we will take a look at some of the greatest players in NBA history and try to rank them according to their overall impact on the game.

In order to make this list as comprehensive and unbiased as possible, I looked at a variety of different sources. I considered Player Efficiency Rating (PER), win shares box plus/minus (BPM), value over replacement player (VORP), and Net Rating I also looked at how each player has performed in the playoffs, since that is often where legacies are made. Finally, I took into account intangibles such as leadership and work ethic. Below are my picks for the best NBA players by position.

In recent years the NBA has seen a dramatic influx of foreign-born players. With this increase comes a new level of competition, as these players bring their own unique skill sets to the court.

After a slow start to the season, Morant has really picked up his play of late and is now averaging 17 points and seven assists per game He’s also shown himself to be a capable scorer from all over the court, shooting nearly 40 percent from three-point range Morant has quickly established himself as the Grizzlies’ franchise player and one of the best young point guards in the league.

3. Kendrick Nunn, Miami Heat
Nunn has been one of the biggest surprises of the season, going from being an undrafted free agent to becoming one of Miami’s best players. He’s currently averaging 15 points per game while shooting nearly 48 percent from three-point range. Nunn has been an important part of Miami’s success this season and looks like a player that will be around for years to come.

4. Tyler Herro Miami Heat
Like Nunn, Herro has also been a pleasant surprise for the Heat this season. He’s currently averaging 13 points per game while shooting nearly 37 percent from three-point range. Herro has shown himself to be a capable scorer and shooter at both ends of the court and looks like he could be a key piece for Miami for years to come.
