The Owens Community college baseball coaching staff is comprised of head coach Ryan Kromer, pitching coach Jordan Baughman, and assistant coaches Joel Buchko and Brady Knorr. Coach Kromer is entering his fifth season as the Head Coach of the Express. During his time at Owens, Coach Kromer has led the team to two conference championships and three regional appearances.

Coach Baughman is in his first season as the pitching coach for Owens. He joins the Express after spending two seasons as the pitching coach at Lakeland Community College
