The Rivalry150 is a list of the top 150 high school basketball players in the country, regardless of class. The list is compiled by our staff of recruiting insiders and is updated three times per year.

There are currently four players from the class of 2022 ranked in the Rivalry150. Zion Harmon, a 5-foot-10 point guard from Bowling Green Kentucky, is the highest-ranked player in his class and is ranked No. 25 in the latest update. He’s followed by B.J. Boston (No. 38), Peyton Watson (No. 59) and Daimion Collins (No. 143).

The Rivalry150 is led by five-Star Prospects Mikey Williams and Emoni Bates Williams, a 6-foot-3 guard from California, is the No. 2 player in the country according to Rivalry. He’s a dynamic playmaker with elite scoring ability. Bates, a 6-foot-9 forward from Michigan, is the No. 1 player in the class. He’s a dominant force on both ends of the court who can score at will.

The All-Star tier features players who are good enough to be starters on most High School teams, while the Prospect tier features players who have the potential to develop into starters in the future.

The Rivalry150 is compiled by our expert panel of High school basketball scouts and analysts. We take into account a player’s production, potential, and upside, as well as their position on their team’s hierarchy. We also take into account factors like playing style, motor, and character.

The Rivalry150 is based on a player’s potential at the collegiate level. It is not a reflection of how these players will perform in High School Many factors are considered in the rankings process, including but not limited to: athleticism, shooting, ball handling, passing, rebounding, defensive ability, and upside.

Players are ranked regardless of whether they have committed to a school. The list will be updated throughout the season as we continue to evaluate prospects.

As the summer of 2020 comes to a close and High school Basketball Recruiting moves into Full Swing we’re excited to release the first edition of the Rivalry150 for the class of 2028. The Rivalry150 is a ranking of the top 150 high school basketball players in the country, regardless of class. This is our sixth year producing the Rivalry150 and our goal remains the same: to identify and rank the best players in the country, regardless of what AAU circuit they play on or where they go to high school

This year’s class is already loaded with talent, as 35 of the 150 players are currently ranked in 247Sports’ Composite Rankings for the class of 2028. The player at the top of this year’s list is small forward Jaden Hardy from Coronado High School in Henderson, Nevada. Hardy is currently ranked No. 1 in 247Sports’ Composite rankings for the class of 2028 and has already drawn comparisons to NBA Stars such as Paul George and Klay Thompson

Rounding out the top five are versatile forward Balsa Koprivica (No. 2), shooting guard DJ Jeffries (No. 3), point guard Jeremy Roach (No. 4) and center N’Faly Dante (No. 5). All five players are currently ranked in 247Sports’ Composite rankings for their respective class, with Jeffries being the only five-star recruit in this year’s Rivalry150.

The rest of this year’s Rivalry150 features some familiar faces, as well as some new ones. returning from last year’s list are small forwards Trayce Jackson-Davis (No. 6) and Isaac Okoro (No. 7), who both held steady in this year’s rankings. Joining them in the top 10 are power forwards Armando Bacot (No. 8) and Isaiah Mobley (No. 9), as well as shooting guard Scottie Lewis (No 10).
