Siu Basketball NCAA Tournament History

The Salukis have appeared in 11 NCAA Tournaments. Their combined record is 10-12.

Siu’s most recent tournament appearance was in 2007, when the Salukis defeated Holy Cross in the first round before losing to Memphis in the second round.

In 2002, Siu made it to the Sweet Sixteen for the first time in school history after upsetting Georgia Tech and Texas Christian, before losing to Indiana.

Siu’s best tournament run came in 1985, when they advanced to the Elite Eight after wins over Kansas State and Auburn, before losing to eventual National Champion Villanova.
