The Coaching Staff of UW-Milwaukee

The coaching staff of UW-Milwaukee is led by Head Coach Scott Doffek. Doffek has been with the program since its conception in 1997 and has been a part of all three of the team’s NCAA Tournament appearances. He is a two-time Midwest Coach of the Year and was named the Horizon League Coach of the Year in 2006.

Under his guidance, the team has won over 700 games and produced numerous professional players, including two Major League Baseball All-Stars.
