The top high school Basketball Recruits in the class of 2021 have been announced, and there are some familiar names at the top of the list.

The No. 1 recruit in the nation is five-star small forward Jalen Green who is committed to play for the Memphis Tigers Green is followed by five-star point guard Greg Brown who is headed to the Texas Longhorns

Rounding out the top five are five-star shooting guard Joshua Primo (Alabama), five-star Power Forward Patrick Baldwin Jr. (Duke) and five-star point guard Kennedy Chandler (Tennessee).

The class of 2021 is loaded with international prospects.

There is only one player from the United States currently ranked in the top 10 by ESPN, and that is Patrick Baldwin Jr. The top-ranked player in the class is Cade Cunningham a 6-foot-7 guard from Australia.

Kuminga is still raw defensively, but he has all of the tools to be an impact player on that end as well.

4. Scottie Lewis – Lewis is one of the best defenders in the class of 2020. A 6-foot-5 wing from Florida, Lewis is incredibly athletic and explosive around the basket. He’s also a very good rebounder for his position, which allows him to make plays on both ends of the floor. Lewis needs to continue to work on his jump shot but he has all of the tools to be a lockdown defender at the next level with considerable upside offensively as well..

As the college Basketball Recruiting season gets underway, here’s a look at the top international prospects in the class of 2019.

R.J. Hampton is a 6-foot-5 guard from Little Elm, Texas, who plays for the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA’s Development League He is rated as the No. 1 recruit in the class of 2019 by ESPN and is considered a five-star prospect.

Hampton has drawn comparisons to Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray and is considered one of the best scoring guards in the class. He has offers from Kentucky, Kansas, Duke, and UCLA, among others.

The No. 2 recruit in the class is Vernon Carey Jr., a 6-foot-10 center from University School in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Carey is a five-star recruit who is ranked as the No. 1 center in his class by ESPN.

Carey has drawn comparisons to Charlotte Hornets center Dwight Howard and Charlotte Bobcats forward Otto Porter Jr. He has offers from Duke, Kentucky, Michigan State and North Carolina among others.

Of the top 100 high school basketball recruits in the class of 2018, six are headed to Syracuse. That’s the most of any school in the nation, and a significant increase from recent years

The six Syracuse recruits are:
