The Springfield College women’s Basketball team is led by two fantastic coaches, Head Coach Kristen Mullady and Assistant Coach Ashley McConnell. Coach Mullady has been with the team for four years, and under her leadership, the team has had an incredible amount of success. In her first three years, she led the team to a pair of NCAA Division III Tournament appearances, including a Sweet Sixteen appearance in 2016. In 2017-18, Coach Mullady was named the New England Women’s Basketball Association (NEWBA) Coach of the Year after leading Springfield to a program-record 29 wins.
